18F4620 & ICD-U Problem

Hi,

I have a problem when write my program or when blank chip.

The message of the ICD Verifacation Result Window is the following.

Actual Data (HEX) 00 07 1F 1F 00 83 85 00 0F C0 0F E0 0F 40

Expected Data (HEX) 00 02 1F 1F 00 83 85 00 0F C0 0F E0 0F 40

I have connect the ICD-U programer to VCC, VSS, RB6, RB7 and MCLR signal or another signal is needed.?

1) Somebody use this PIC with ICD-U & CCS?
2) Can you send me the schematics for ICSP?
3) Which are the correct fuses for this PIC?

With the new version of ICD firmware 1.35 can you load the program ok?.

The CCS SUpport send me the ICD-U firmware 1.37 and with this not have the error verification.
