PIC model which gives 1MHz PWM signal?

Is anybody know that is there any PIC model which gives 1MHz PWM signal?

None at your 4MHz clock rate. Like I said, you need to run faster. If you run at 20MHz then you will get one but the resolution of the dutycycle will be low.
