PIC18F452 EEPROM stops RS-232 update

Installed PIC18F452 silicon Rev. C0 It works with code that did not work with silicon rev. b5.

That's one board there are two more to go.

I'll swap out more b5 silicon and report the results tomorrow.

Second swap to silicon C0 works....

Conclusion if you have silicon b5 there could be problems with RS-232 and Write_EEprom
