ICD-S as dsPIC Programmer

I want to know how I can use ICD-S as dsPIC Programmer (connect),
as PIC18 and PIC16 - Target not found.

As long as I know, CCS capabilities for dsPIC technology wasn´t released yet,
dsPIC support will be an add-on for the PCWH package when available.

But in ICD-S debugger in "Select Device" I see dsPIC30F2010
I want only programm it with my hex file.
Can I do it?
