Recommended boot loader for 18F452

Dear All,

I'm planning to use in my application a boot loader. My question is if you can suggest me which is the most recommended. I have played little bit with CCS and Thebytefactory boot loaders. CCSs looks not so stable. I have to say that it is to slow. You need couple of minutes to upload your application. The TINY looks quite good, but I would like to have more comments about what is the most recommended.
