PIC16F877 and USBN9604 C Firmware

I have got USB kit from CCS based on PIC16F877 and USBN9604. I need C firmware in following files: usb.c, usb.h, pic_usb.c and usb960x.c which are not in driver directory of PICC Compiler of CCS.
Can anyone send me these files above to ngdtuan@hcm.vnn.vn

Did you try asking CCS directly (since the code came from them originally)?
