Compiler for customer

If I send the code to the client (who owns the C program, I own the compiler) Is there a command line compiler I can send him to allow them to make minor changes and recompile?

What I am asking is what do I send them so they can recompile.

I assume you have PCW or PCWH ?

Your customer can buy the command line version
of PCM or PCH. (Can also be integrated into MPLAB).

Sometimes I have to recompile another consultant's code after changing the values in #define's. But it's just that, you must recompile.

The only way around having to recompile the code is to have a way for them to input such parameters (via pushbuttons or perhaps even with RS232 and hyperterminal), then saving in eeprom, and when you reset the PIC, then read these values in.
