Hi.
I have to programming in circuit a pic with a 3V power supply.
Is the ICD-U40 capable of that ?

From http://www.ccsinfo.com/icds.shtml "To program at 3V, you will need the ICD-U40. The ICD-S40 does not support 3V." So the answer is, yes.
