.lst to .asm converter

Hi, friends,
do you come across any software could converter the listing file back to assembly code? I have a fairly long listing file at hand, and want to generate its assembly code.

If you have PCW it comes with a dis-assembler which converts a HEX file to a ASM file.

.asm or .lst??

Hello,
I am confused, are .lst and .asm file formats not the same? What's the difference between them. Please clarify.
