I'm about to use picstart fo rthe first time, any tips
(eg, what way to burn fuses etc)

also i am cummincacting with two pics, over a 433mhz wireless connection.

all i'm doing is a printf and a getch()

will this work?

should i use an interupt on rb0 if so how?

thanks in advance

It may or may not work.

Sometimes, the received static from the receiver when there is no transmission will confuse the UART of the PIC (a software one may work better).

What I did was to combine the "Carrier Detect" output of my receiver with the data to provide received data only when there is a carrier detected, so when there is no transmission, there is no data output.

HTH

Pete.
