where i can find an example or tutorial to program the PIC16F877 in assembly language?

Probably do a web search for: MPLAB tutorial
You'll find a lot of little pages like this:

There's also http://www.piclist.com which has lots of sample ASM code.

www.tech-tools.com makes a nice compiler/programmer for the PIC micros that uses an 8051-like assembly language. It eventually converts the program to Microchip assembly but the register moves and such are much easier with the Tech-tools compiler. They have examples as well.
