Compiler not producing COD file

I have just purchased and loaded PCW ver 3.184.
All works, except no COD file is produced for use with the ICEPIC emulator. No warning or errors are given and all other files are produced.
Does something need setting ?
It has been driving round the bend - can anyone help !!

Click options then click file formats
