PIC18F442
PICDEM-2 Plus from Microchip (RC6,RC7 is Tx/Rx)
FYI...ICDU is also used, but that' shouldn't matter

My printf() works fine, but getc() hangs. I tried figuring it out from past posts, but can't find an obvious cause.

Anyone have any insight into this?
Thanks,
Mike

Include kbhit() and also use errors in the #use statement.

Thanks for the response.

I found out it was a Hyperterminal configuration.
Looks like I shouldn't be using Hardware Flow Control.
