ICD-U40 Pinout
PostPosted: Thu Jan 01, 2004 9:24 am     Reply with quote

I just received my ICD-U40 kit. I've done some searching here for the pinout of the modular target connector but have come up empty. Has anyone received a diagram of this from CCS or is there a location on there web site I can obtain it. Thanks again for any help.

It's in the FAQ -- see the first question in the Hardware section.

You may need to launch icd.chm usually found in Program files/PICC directly. The problem is if you have a valid hook up with the ICDU to your target it will allow the launch of help from within PCW or ICD. The help would then show you the hook up but why would you need it since it would already by then be working! Since you don't have it hooked up you'll need to creep in through the back way and launch the help file manually by clicking on icd.chm. I and you thought Catch 22 only occurred in the movies.
